There is a resort fee of $25/night and self-parking fee of $25/night. These will be charged to your room folio. If you do not park a car at this event, please advise the desk during check-in. These are discounted fees for CEMSEA meeting attendees. Resort Fee
Room rates will be subject to a non-commissionable daily resort fee of $25.00 per room per night. This fee will cover several amenities, which include:
- Daily access to the Wellness Center which includes steam rooms, lap pool and fitness center per reservation
- Daily Fitness classes conducted in person by certified fitness instructors per reservation
- Daily 2hr court reservations for the sports courts: tennis, pickle ball & basketball courts per reservation
- Daily Beach rentals: 2 chairs, 2 beach towels, 2 boogie boards for two guests
- Daily 2hr Bike rentals for two guests
- Daily High-speed internet access
Parking
Valet: $55.00 overnight
Self-Parking: $25.00 overnight
(In and out privileges will be extended to overnight guests).
