Hotel Info for March 20, 2026 Meeting in Fresno, CA
Below is the hotel information for the meeting in Fresno on Friday, 3/20/2026. It is also the location of the meeting. It is a much different process than normal. Please closely follow the instructions in order to get the secured rate of $159/night. Of course, you may make your own arrangements if you wish.

Please complete all required fields, including:
- Email address
- Training Officer name (your name)
- Training Officer cell phone number (your number)
- Whether you are sharing a room with someone from your group and/or a spouse (this helps determine if multiple beds are needed) or enter ‘No’.
- Arrival date
- Departure date
- Click on the acknowledgement if you agree to it.
- Answer the question about other arrangements.
- Under ‘additional notes’ please enter: CEMSEA Meeting and add a request to pay prior to arrival, if applicable.
- Type your name as a signature
If no note is made regarding payment, your reservation will default to pay-on-arrival. When you check in at the hotel, your room will be reserved, and payment will be handled directly at the front desk. While individual room assignments will not be issued in advance, please be assured that room blocks have been secured for our group. Once your form is submitted and logged, you will have a room reserved under the group block.
