The Santa Rosa Junior College Emergency Medical Care Program is seeking an individual with demonstrated instructional skills to join an outstanding team of faculty and instructional administrators to provide high quality programs and services to our district, our community, and most importantly, our students.
Located in the heart of Wine (and beer and spirits) Country, SRJC is the primary workforce developer for the North Bay and much of Northern California.
With a dedicated public safety training center and scenario village, a fleet of modern training ambulances, high fidelity simulators of all types and ages, and up to date training equipment and supplies, we are Disneyland for EMS educators. All we are missing is a dynamic, innovative and passionate instructor to bring our students to the next level of performance. It will be a challenge; our students enjoy some of the highest success rates in the country for NREMT pass rates, state certification and job placement. A rapidly diversifying of the county’s population creates opportunities for changing the face of the EMS workforce.

Deadline for filing is March 5, 2024. Faculty enjoy Rank-10 salaries, CALSTRS retirement system, 9 month contracts, and home town environment with easy access to the beauty of the famed Pacific Coast and the cultural hub that is San Francisco. The position will require new faculty to be on site by early August 2024.
